„CAS – WIR SIND RIS“ enters „the net“ for the first time

Gmunden/Salzkammergut/Weiz. The „Gmundner“ softwarehouse CAS – Computer Anwendungs Systeme(computer application systems) situated on the marvellous Traunsee, entered the net - www.cas.at. A „Product“ based on the tight collaboration with their technology partner HGS Informationsmanagement GmbH from Weiz/Styria and the editor and conceptual designer Gerd Wermescher.

CMS based on .NET

The technical Know-How (Content-Management-System basierend auf .NET) came from HGS and was implemented by DI Gerald Pani and Thomas Bruckner. The conceptual and textual Input was provided from Gmunden. In a first step, the basic functionality coming from Microsoft .NET, SQL Server and Server 2003, was the focus for HGS. In phase two, they will work on a password-protected FAQ area, a webshop and a download area for the monthly medical indication update.

...over hundred implementations

Since 1988 CAS is operating with software for doctors, especially radiologists. With their product family CAS-med. complete – austrias most installed modular radiology-info system(RIS) they set the standard in the past and assure the indisputable market leadership in this share. Due to this fairly long time, they established more than hundred installations, connected their clients to the Internet and served them with professional technical advice and support. „The missing link was our own presentation in the net“, claimed founder Herwig Ruzicka, „now we entered the internet for the first time with www.cas.at.

The portfolio

Flaggship is CAS-med. complete – an easy to use software for the successful management of medical practises. Innovative and flexible – based on Windows, patient datas are adminstrated by an ORACLE-database. In a second line ARIS - a modern and reasonable doctor-info-system is in stock. An approved solution for general practicer. Their competence has shown up on the market and they are tracking a strategy developing their innovations with their satisfied customers. A methode, which was trend setting for succesful partnerships. Thruthful to their motto: „We are your solid and strong partner for business.“ (gw)
