Magdalena Derda joins Tourism Unlimited as Sales & Marketing Manager
After a successful apprenticeship as a travel agent with a German dive tour operator and studying International Tourism Management, Magdalena worked for another two years in the diving travel industry until she moved to Ecuador. In total, the native Pole stayed for three years in the small Andean state at the Pacific coast, of which she worked for one year on the Galapagos Islands with a Destination Management Company in their sales and marketing department. She is of course fluent in Spanish.
Judith Hoppe, partner at Tourism Unlimited, is delighetd about the expansion of the team: “With Magdalena on board, we will not only become even more international, we are also very pleased to have found someone who understands the tour operator structures so well and hence can perfectly support our customers in all sales related challenges.”
