belboon and Ingenious Technologies launch strategic partnership

Berlin, 26th April 2018: belboon and Ingenious Technologies are launching a strategic partnership in May 2018. belboon will be migrating its affiliate business to the Ingenious Technologies platform, and both companies will offer a joint managed service for customers looking to grow their private affiliate network.
In the first step, belboon will migrate and run their entire affiliate business on a new marketing platform, powered by Ingenious Technologies. belboon started the migration already at the beginning of the year. By the end of 2018, the process should be completed. "In 2017, we looked at and evaluated many platforms and solutions. By going with Ingenious, we chose to work with the leading independent marketing technology provider, so that we will be at the forefront with our business functions and technology standards. With Ingenious, we get tremendously good tracking, including customer journey analytics, as well as enjoy a significant upgrade to the usability of our marketing platform," said Björn Wendler, Managing Director of belboon GmbH.
Following the migration, the companies will offer tailored managed services for customers, who want to nurture their own private affiliate network with help from experienced account managers. belboon will provide the account management expertise with a dedicated team, while Ingenious Technologies provide the white-label platform. Through this private network solution, clients will be able to manage their brand and partnerships directly.
In the last six months, Ingenious Technologies has received increased interest for managed marketing services, which is not a part of their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model. "Partnering with belboon will enable us to complement our core value as an independent technology provider with belboon’s 15 years of experience in the affiliate business. We are confident that this combination will provide exactly the added value that e-commerce players need," said Christian Kleinsorge, Chairman of Ingenious Technologies AG.
Both companies see this cooperation as an opportunity to help customers, who want to bring their private network in-house but are struggling to find, or fund, the industry expertise to run it successfully. belboon and Ingenious Technologies will present their strategic cooperation to a joint audience at dmexco 2018.
