BCube Analytics Inc. Names Regulatory Expert David Cotney to Board of Directors

Fall River, Massachusetts, April 5, 2018 — The Board of Directors of BCube Analytics, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. David Cotney has been appointed to the firm’s Board.

Mr. Cotney is the former Commissioner of Banks for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. David left the Massachusetts Division of Banks in September 2016 after more than 26 years at the agency and 6 years as its head.
In addition to his position as banking commissioner, David served as the Chairman of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) and as the Chairman of the State Liaison Committee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, and was the first state voting member of the FFIEC's task force on consumer compliance.

David currently serves as Executive Vice President and Regulatory Director at CyberFortisTM, a cybersecurity consulting firm. David also serves as an independent regulatory consultant, an advisor to Massachusetts based RateGravity Inc. and on the board of directors Cross River Bank in Fort Lee, NJ.
