This holographic technology allows three-dimensional images to jump out of the screen and to be viewed from any angle and uses an advanced ‘hard light’ system to accomplish hand gestures. The company envisions users manipulating 3D objects as they hover over the display for gaming, for content creation and for unique UX opportunities. The API will be made available to developers starting next month.

The phone will otherwise feature top-of-the-range specs with a 3.9GHz deca-core processor, 16GB of RAM, 4 TB of storage and a 16K resolution. The handset will be made entirely from polished glass and is expected to retail for around $1,500.
