Critical task:

A major university in US was looking for Audio Transcription work to be completed within a set time frame for all the discussion between Student and Student Mentors, The critical aspect of the process to complete them within a set time frame and Data Security.

The critical part was, most of the audio was all about counseling Audio's. Mentors discussing with students and guiding through the issues they had been going through. Total Audio hours was close to 2300 hours and the task was to digitally record the discussion. Time frame requested by the client was between 70-90 days.

Challenges:-

- Time Frame and the Quality of the Audio, the audio tracks were not audible

- Nature of the discussion was sometimes very disturbing for the listener emotionally.

- Audio Quality was not audible as the discussion was from past years.

- Client was looking for Quick Turnaround and Cost effective solution.

Solution:-

A team of 25 transcribers including Project lead and proof readers were setup within 48 hours of project approval and the work was distributed to 12 workstations in 2 different shifts, audio files were optimized for volume levels and clarity levels by our Audio specialists to get better output quality.

The team executed the process efficiently and completed the work within 75 working days and the client was more than happy.
