Doodle Labs Signs Mouser Electronics as a Global Distribution Partner
Doodle Labs, one of the leading manufacturers of broadband RF products, has entered into a distribution agreement with Mouser Electronics, Inc. to offer Doodle Lab's Industrial-Wi-Fi Transceiver product line across its global footprint.
Doodle Labs’ portfolio of Industrial Wi-Fi Transceivers offers best-in-class performance for broadband RF modules. These transceivers have high transmit power to facilitate long range communications and have been designed to operate in rugged environments and at extreme temperature ranges. Primarily deployed in complex, challenging applications, the partnership with Mouser will give the broader market access to DL’s high performance technology.
"We decided to partner with Mouser because of their market-leading positioning and their expertise in new product introduction," said Ashish Parikh, Doodle Labs’ Vice President of Business Development. Parikh added that the agreement with Mouser will enable Doodle to accelerate its sales growth as it looks beyond niche applications.
The distribution agreement with Doodle Labs is in keeping with Mouser’s business model of continuing to offer the most innovative products on the market while delivering a time-to-market and convenience advantage to its customers.
Doodle Labs’ industrial Wi-Fi transceivers feature an integrated low-noise amplifier to pick up low-energy signals from mobile devices, allowing for exceptional performance in demanding circumstances. Extensive coverage is supported by up to 30 dBm of RF power, while high band isolation supports concurrent dual-band operation for multi-band routers. The transceivers’ hardware “RF Kill” feature enables full compliance with FAA regulations, allowing the devices to be used to provide wireless service in airborne applications.
Doodle Labs’ complete embedded industrial Wi-Fi product portfolio has been certified as fully compliant by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and Industry Canada, in addition to receiving CE certification from the European Commission. The form-factor compatible transceivers offer reliable performance and versatility, and their pre-certified regulatory compliance allows manufacturers to significantly shorten their time to market in developing new wireless internet solutions.
