Press release from: Naverisk

Auckland, New Zealand – March 21th, 2018 – Naverisk (www.naverisk.com), the market leading “all in one” RMM and PSA platform today announced that its IT services automation software has been selected as the preferred platform for Maavi (www.maavicorp.com) to deliver white labelled NOC, SOC & IT Compliance Services globally to MSP’s.

With headquarters in San Francisco and offices in India, Maavi is actively expanding internationally with new offices in Hong Kong and Australia.

A core part of their current and future success is growing their affordable 24/7 service offerings for MSPs around the world. Delivering a seamless response and uninterrupted service is an absolute necessity for them.

Following frustrations with existing RMM and PSA platforms in use, Maavi has opted to centralise operations through a single RMM and PSA platform across all partners globally.

After an extensive review and evaluation of the RMM and PSA platforms offered by industry leaders, Maavi selected the Naverisk for its robustness, features, and price, along with Naverisk’s excellent service and support.

Maavi Founder, Sri Pinnaka shares “We are excited to further our partnership with Naverisk to assist our growth and launch into new markets. We will be encouraging all our clients to use the Naverisk Platform, so we can provide the best service possible”

Naverisk CEO, Jon Kalaugher says "We're thrilled that Maavi has chosen the Naverisk platform to provide world class support for MSPs. NOC services for MSP’s make a lot of sense, lower service delivery costs, improved service quality and a clear path to cost effective scaling of their MSP practice. This represents a huge opportunity for MSPs and IT service provider’s worldwide”

Naverisk Software is a leading remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform allowing MSPs and IT professionals to automate IT service delivery and streamline back office processes.
