With 48-year-old Vincent Screene BSc. FRICS the Frankfurt Asset Management Specialists SKIM Schüler Knedel Immobilienmanagement GmbH have succeeded in gaining a managing director with extensive international property experience. Together with the company founders and managing directors Uwe Schüler MRICS and Thomas Knedel MRICS, he will focus in particular on international mandates and the field of property optimization and repositioning.

Vincent Screene BSc. FRICS was previously an independent consultant and is a current board member of RICS Deutschland. Earlier in his career he worked as project developer with one of the leading investment/ development companies listed on the London stock exchange. In 1989 he moved to the Frankfurt subsidiary. There he was responsible for the development of the German portfolio. In 1993 he went to a regional investment group and was responsible for the company’s development and management of the office and retail portfolios. Since 2002 he had focused his activities on portfolio and asset management and among other things acted as advisor and principal for British fund companies.

Director Uwe Schüler commented: „Mr Screene fits perfectly into our company. He forms an important bridge to our international customers and covers a substantial part of our increasing workload.
