IPVSEE 2009: The leading PV Solar Energy Exhibition in Beijing

Beijing – The new International Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition 2009 (IPVSEE 2009), the largest PV Solar show in China, is set for inaugural opening November 18th-20th 2009, at the World Trade Center, Beijing, China. Trade players in equipment production, component manufacturing and system integration, as well as government authorities and international professional associations in the solar industry, will gather at this important event.

IPVSEE 2009 is the most significant PV solar exhibition organized jointly by China Renewable Energy Society (CRES) and Euro-China Solar Promotion Association (ECSPA). This initiative has won considerable support from New Energy Department of National Energy Administration (NEA), Department of High and New Technology Development and Industrialization of MOST P.R.C. and Gruppo Imprese Fotovoltaiche Italiane.

Economically, China is the most dynamic country with the greatest PV development potential in the world; in the future 10 years, the total investment of new energy will amount to RMB 3,000 billion (about US $440 billion) and will be focused on the PV and solar energy industry.

As the authoritative window to learn more about China supporting policies and new energy strategies, IPVSEE 2009 will showcase the latest industry trends and provide an opportunity to network with international professional authorities.

Additionally, Golden Sun PV Industry Summit 2009, that is held concurrently with IPVSEE on November 18th-19th 2009 at China World Hotel, will gather professionals and experts in the industry. Mayors of PV Demonstration Cities Forum and The Prospect of Large-scale PV Power Plant in Desert Area will attract officials, company decisions-makers and experts from all over the world.

Golden Sun Demonstration Program represents another significant fiscal supporting policy, being processed by MOF, NEA and MOST P.R.C, on PV power generation projects of more than 500MW total installed capacity.
