Food ERP Software Provider Deacom Joins American Meat Institute

WAYNE, PA - September 15, 2009 - Deacom, Inc., producer of the DEACOM Integrated Accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning Software System for mid-to-large sized food processors, today announces its membership with the American Meat Institute (AMI), the country's oldest and largest meat and poultry trade association.

The AMI represents companies that process 95 percent of the red meat and 70 percent of the turkey in the U.S. and their suppliers throughout America, providing industry advocacy, legislative and regulatory expertise, and networking and educational opportunities. As a supplier member and provider of food ERP software for the meat processing industry, Deacom seeks to work with the AMI to help increase the efficiency, profitability, and safety of meat and poultry companies.
