Plasma and Systena launch ONE Tech to bring AI, Robotics and Integrated Digital Experience offerings

Plasma, a Texas based Technology innovator is partnering with Systena America, Inc., a California based Business Solutions provider, in launching ONE Tech, Inc. The new entity will build innovative and future facing integrated digital experience offerings for the Internet of Things, specializing in integration of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. As part of the $6 million dollar deal, Systena is investing $3 million in cash, and Plasma is contributing $3 million in technology through licensing of Plasma’s C2M®, a Digital Enterprise Platform. The parties closed the deal in January 2018 and plan to introduce new offerings to the marketplace soon. ONE Tech plans to provide solutions to the consumer and Industrial Market.
