How does it work? Near the top of the screen is a toolbar with a list of manufacturer names. The customer clicks on the manufacturer name of the part they are seeking. The model is then selected and a complete list of spare parts is listed for that model. Many of the pages will show the price. However, if the price is not on the page, the customer can call a toll-free number to speak with a sales agent.

Orders can be placed online, over the phone or via fax. E-mail is not recommended due to credit card security issues. Warranties and return policies are also available.
