Dayton, Ohio -- With the recent acquisition of several web sites, United Computing Resources LLC (UCR) has become one of the largest computer service and supply companies for the southern Ohio region.

"For 2005," Mike Davis, UCR, President, said "we reported 50 percent revenue growth and plan to continue to grow and expand our services and product offerings for customers in the southern Ohio region, including the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Springfield areas."

Their scope of services includes computer and laptop repair, printer repairs, networking services, database administration, web site design and hosting, and advanced, custom software programming and integration.

In addition to repair, networking and eCommerce services, UCR operates a national parts depot for leading brand-name laptop, printer and computer parts and accessories, and also provides an array of ink technology resources as well.

"If you need parts, but do not require our repair services," Davis explained, "we offer discount rates and a comprehensive inventory, as well as the convenience of online ordering and shipping services."

The company employs a full-time core staff of experienced technicians ranging from hardware repair and networking technicians to systems engineering and computer programming specialists.
Service is personalized, service oriented, and flexible.

"We have a unique approach to the technology services business," Davis said. "We are interested in partnering with businesses over the long term, which means that our focus is on value and results. The solutions and services we provide should be directly related to and tailored to a company's bottom line."

A carry-in repair depot is available to customers in addition to a flexible range of service delivery contract options that include: fixed service contracts, fixed fee projects, time and materials, block hour contracts, and full staff outsourcing contracts.

UCR services the entire southern Ohio region. Technicians are dispatched to the Dayton metro area, as well as Cincinnati to the South, Springfield to the North, Columbus to the East and Indianapolis to the West. UCR also has arrangements with other regional cities to manage subcontract services if a business extends beyond their local service area.

"Our outsourcing solutions include traditional staffing as well as program management and functional outsourcing," Davis explained. "We also maintain a full schedule of defined products and services under the GSA program."

UCR has received numerous accolades and awards by many prestigious organizations including the Dayton Business Journal; the company was recently listed in the "Top 5" technology company category.
