Hogan attends M&A Conference

CHICAGO, Sept. 8, 2005 --- Timothy D. Hogan, CEO of Commonwealth Capital Advisors, LLC joined other industry leaders recently at the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors 2005 summer conference held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Chicago.

Entitled “M&A Trends & Opportunities,” this “Superconference” featured over 50 speakers from both the practitioner and academic worlds discussing the latest developments in the disciplines of business valuation, financial litigation forensics, fraud deterrence, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, matrimonial litigation, exit planning, and corporate governance after Sarbanes-oxley.

“Each year the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA) draws the top professionals in these consulting fields to share their practical insights and research findings with attendees, who assembled this year from all over the United States and ten different countries,” Hogan noted. “This was an invaluable opportunity to stay abreast of the latest developments in my field and leverage the knowledge of these speakers with my own experience to better serve our clients,” Hogan commented.
