Heroes of Britain
The playing figures of DSA are called Heroes. Beginning in mid July British company Ral Partha will continue production of the DSA miniatures range, expanding their huge product range with this exciting set and making the DSA miniatures available to a worldwide market.
DSA is an abbreviation for „Das Schwarze Auge“, internationally known as„The Dark Eye“ (TDE). The DSA fantasy world is a leading fantasy backround in Germany since 1984. Roleplaying games, novels, mobile games and many more are all part of the product portfolio of one of the world's most detailed fantasy universes.
The DSA and teh corresponding Armalion miniatures sets consist of 32 boxes and 228 blisters, more than 500 different miniatures designs, covering large parts of the two DSA continents Aventurien and Myranor, with a huge popularity with gamers and collectors all over Germany. Realistic proportions and background accuracy to the unique DSA background are two of the largest assets of the sets.
The original producer, the company Hobby Products GmbH, will stop their production on June 30th, ending a long and successfull working relationship between Hobby Products and Fantasy Productions GmbH.

Fantasy Productions GmbH was founded in 1983, its head office is located in Erkrath. Apart from the DSA line the company is publishing titles for the fantasy-cyberpunk game Shadowrun and the SciFi universe BattleTech.

Ral Partha is one of the most renowned suppliers of metal miniatures on the european market. Amongst many other series they produce the miniatures for the BattleTech and Shadowrun universes, two SciFi universes that are also being developed by Fantasy Productions.
