Please indicate whether you are FOR or AGAINST each of the Agenda Items shown on the enclosed Form for Exercise of Shareholder Voting Rights by placing a check mark in the appropriate box and return the Form to the designated address by June 27, 2006 (Tuesday). In the case of electronic voting, please vote in accordance with the instructions in page 2 of this Notice by June 27, 2006 (Tuesday), 5:00 PM (Japan Standard Time).
