Coimbatore, 5th February, 2018: Coimbatore tech startup Mintly which helps Jobseekers and hiring managers to solve the recruitment problem announced its second mobile app launch for hiring managers. Currently, it will be available in play store. From the beginning, the company wants to change the traditional hiring system by using the modern technologies like Blockchain for the background check that no one is offering in the recruitment sector; in fact, it is used by only 7 universities across the globe and one company, that is Mintly itself. Its previous app is for job seekers where they can find the jobs based on the location and the new app is also developed on the same principle where recruiters can able to see job seekers from different locations.
