Grupo Nova Atlântida Annouce Luxury “Nova Atlântida” Project in (Ceará) Brazil is Finally a Reality

After a lengthy legal battle, Grupo Nova Atlântida’s are proud to announce Brazil’s newest tourist project “ Nova Atlântida” commonly referred to in English as “ New Atlantis”. The current project plan is to be located at the renowned “Baleia Beach” (Whale Beach), situated in the city of Itapipoca, west of the Mundaú River.

The area is known for its stunning natural beauty and after a long term judicial battle Grupo Nova Atlântida the state government of Ceará state, the SEMACE (State Superintendence of the Environment of Ceará) , FUNAI (National Indian Foundation) and other governmental organizations have finally reached an agreement with the Spanish investors where all parties are in agreement.

Procedures to formalize a protocol, expedite licenses applications, amongst other necessary requirements to the legalization of this great development, this development will bring thousands of jobs and increased wealth and opportunity for new business amongst the development and its surrounding region.

The Grupo Nova Atlântida development team have secured planning permission for the construction of 27 luxury hotels and resorts, 6 residential condos ( that have already sold) and 3 professional golf courses . The resorts and developments will be run alongside 12km of Baleia Beach covering a total area of 3100 ha.

One of the main attraction to Ceará (Brazil) is that there are approximately 300 days of clear sunshine per year, the location inundated with sand dunes, tropical views, the amazing blue Atlantic waters with (water temperature approximately 27,5ºC ) and beautiful white sand beaches ladened with good restaurants and great food.
