Buttonwood Village to Host Open House Event Saturday, February 10
Buttonwood Village, Florida’s premier 55+ manufactured home community, announced today that it will host potential residents during an Open House event to be held on Saturday, February 10 from 10am to 3pm.During the event, the public will be invited to tour the community and various on-site home models while also enjoying the hospitality of its staff and residents. They will also get a first hand look at such on-site amenities as a recently remodeled clubhouse; a heated swimming pool; shuffleboard courts; a bocce court; stocked fishing lakes; a billiards room; horseshoe pits; and an extensive calendar of special events and community activities.
First time buyers who close on a new home by February 28, 2018 will be offered $99 lot rent for the first year as well as a credit towards having their front porch screened in. Attendees of the event will also receive a $2,018 discount on a new home purchase. Buttonwood Village will also double its referral fee to $2,000 for residents who refer new buyers during the event.
