Amicus Search Expands Beyond Texas by Opening Chicago Office
CHICAGO, IL (August 10, 2009)– Amicus Search Group announced today the opening of its newest legal recruiting office in the Chicago Loop, the firm’s first office outside of Texas. Amicus Search, a member of the Amicus family of companies, is an attorney search firm specializing in the placement of lateral partners, associate attorneys and in-house counsel with leading law firms and corporations.“Although our roots are in Texas, our clients are truly national. While we have worked in the Chicago market for some time, our new office underscores our commitment to providing superior service and opportunities to the dynamic and welcoming Chicago legal community.” said Lee Allbritton, founder and principal of Amicus Search.
Erik Larson, a former attorney who practiced with a national law firm based in the Midwest, will split his time between the Houston and Chicago offices.
“Given my background, I understand that our Chicago clients want straight forward and timely information about the legal market. Moreover, when combined with Amicus Search’s prior Chicago experience, I am able to provide an accurate ‘big picture’ view of a particular law firm or attorney.” said Larson.
