Attorney Hruska Joins the Dayton Law Firm of Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues

Congratulations to our newest Dayton Lawyer, Gary M. Hruska! Gary started with the firm on January 1, 2018, in an “Of Counsel” capacity. Gary was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, April 21, 1953 and admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1980 and the US District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1980. Gary obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Gary’s practice in Dayton and throughout Southwestern Ohio, has been focused in trial and litigation work, primarily in juvenile, divorce, DUI and Criminal matters. Gary is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and both the Dayton and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Gary prides himself in aggressive advocacy and diligent trial preparation. “I am very pleased to join Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues in part because our philosophies mesh so well. In my mind, providing clients with top-notch legal representation is my highest priority as an attorney”, Gary remarked.

Gary is involved in “giving back” to the community having served on the Springboro City Council for 14 years and as a member of the American Legion, Eagles and Lions Club. In addition, Gary has been a member of the Dayton Certified Grievance Committee on Ethics for over 25 years.
