The new program of the DevOpsConference 2018 is finally online!

• The DevOps Conference takes place between May 28 – 31 2018 in Berlin

DevOpsCon - the conference for agile processes, microservices, continuous delivery, containers, and cloud technologies, enables its attendees to stay on top of their performance by providing insightful keynotes addressing actual trends and best practices.

Nowadays shorter delivery cycles, faster changes of functionality and a higher software quality are essential. DevOps takes on these challenges by tackling the problems existing both in development (Devs) and administrative (Ops) levels, thereby integrating business and IT across teams and systems. The conference takes place in Berlin and is divided in two parts: conference days between May 29 – 30, and workshop days on May 28 and 31. The Power Workshops are one of the most popular events during this week:

- Workshop: From Zero to Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery. Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) are development practice of applying small code changes frequently. It’s well known that it becomes more and more essential to any agile-based organization. This workshop will help you to understand the CI/CD concepts, mindset, and how to implement the practices that helps to form the DevOps culture to implement CI/CD for software development.

- WebGoat-Workshop: Teaching Application Security 101. A good defense against insecure code requires understanding the mechanics behind how attackers exploit simple programming mistakes. The WebGoat team will walk through exercises like SQL Injection, XSS, XXE, CSRF, … and demonstrate how these exploits work. You will learn how you can use WebGoat to train your developers to avoid these simple but common programming mistakes. You also will see how to extend WebGoat to create lessons specific to your environment.
