About Mini:
Her almost two decades of teachings bring the influence of Masters in South India and from all over the world whom she travelled to study and train with. A mother of three, her oldest daughter was inspirational in starting kid’s yoga when she authored ‘Yoga for kids’- now in its fourth edition and translated into four international languages.
Mini Thapar Shastri was a columnist with Hindustan Times and wrote a bi-weekly yoga article titled ‘Yoga Journey’. Her articles and interviews since then been covered extensively in magazines with the likes of India Today Woman, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Elle including newspaper interviews.
