QSR Management Group and Tropical Tango Announce Merger to form DYNE Hospitality Group
Through this new partnership, DYNE Hospitality Group will consist of 41 cafes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. DYNE will now have an employee group of more than 700 individuals spread across those five states.
“Over the past few years, Nick and I have discussed partnering together to form a first-class restaurant company,” said DYNE Hospitality co-CEO Glen Johnson. “Our future growth plans include owning 100 Tropical Smoothie Cafes in just a few short years.”
Glen Johnson will be co-CEO and primarily responsible for finance and administration, area developer of territories and real estate. Nick Crouch will be co-CEO and primarily responsible for operations and marketing. DYNE Hospitality Group will be headquartered in Little Rock and will have a satellite office in Jacksonville.
“We could not have done this without the support of the Tropical Smoothie Cafe team and all of its hard work and dedication to the brand,” said Crouch. “Over the last six years it has been an honor to work with such an amazing team and we couldn’t be more excited to continue that work.”
DYNE Hospitality Group is now the largest Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchisee. The DYNE mission is to use their God-given gifts to create opportunities through operational excellence.
