Finding Headspace has never been so Simple
Be42 launched it’s online shop on the 3rd December 2017. Selling homewares, beauty and cultural products to the UK, ethically sourced from around the World. All with the aim of helping you find optimum headspace.
The inspiration came to Be42’s founder Sandra Anderson through personal exploration and the frustration of shopping for items to help her to find headspace. She found no simple way to filter through candles, incense and aromatherapy to make informed choices, unless you know what you are looking for. This inspired her to share her personal experiences via this online shop and make it simple for everyone to find the headspace they are seeking.
“I embarked on a personal journey of self discovery to see how I could ensure I performed at my best at all times. Whilst other products are available in store and online I found no simple way to filter results to find products that matched the headspace I was seeking, so I blindly bought products based on the fragrances I liked, and wondered why I wasn’t getting the best results. And so the idea for Be42 was born, making it easier to explore products by filtering by desired headspace“. Sandra Anderson, Founder.

Creating a state of mind, zone, mindset or flow state - engaging your mind fully to the task at hand.
Why filter by headspace?
If you had a hectic day at work and you really need to wind down in the evening, we would recommend using a different product to one we would recommend if you were studying and needed to keep a sharp and focused mind.
Supporting the Minds of Others
Everyone’s journey is different, for some an achievement is climbing to the highest mountain for others it could simply be getting up and dressed, with this in mind we felt that supporting a charity that helps the minds of those who struggle with daily life would be a good balance. 5% of the sale price of each basket will be donated to Mind (Registered Charity Number 219830).

About Sandra Anderson, Be42’s Founder
Sandra has been working in digital since 1997, her career has allowed her to work with thousands of small businesses and helped them to achieve success online and offline, as well as working with a large telecom company as a Conversion Design Specialist – but her heart is always with small business. She is a keen UX’er and loves Bitcoin and the future possibilities it holds. Previous businesses include an industry fashion magazine that was launched front row at London Fashion Week and sold via Selfridges (among other outlets), a Victorian inspired delicatessen and her first business was creating internet, intranet and extranet solutions for business back in 1997 before the dotcom boom with clients such as Debenhams, NHS Pasa and Universal Studios.
