direct/ Aqua Society: Aqua Society Receives Order to Supply Combined Air-Conditioning and Drinking Water Units to Residential Complex in India

HERTEN, GERMANY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/28/2006 -- Aqua Society, Inc. (OTCBB: AQAS)(FWB:UP4A) announced today that its operating subsidiary, Aqua Society GmbH, has received an order to supply, install and commission its Aquamission combined air-conditioning and drinking water supply systems to a residential complex to be constructed in India by North East Developers and Real Estates. The Aquamission systems to be supplied will also be fitted with Aqua Society´s "Yellow Box" waste heat recovery units, which will significantly reduce the energy requirements of the system. According to Aqua Society, this order is worth approximately EUR 560,000.

North East Developers and Real Estates, based in Hyderabad, India, is currently planning a modern residential complex consisting of 12 detached buildings, each containing 4 residential units. The residential complex will also include a separate sports and wellness center. As ordered, Aqua Society is to supply each residential building with an external air-conditioning supply unit with an output of 64kW. Each external unit will be installed with a Yellow Box waste heat recovery system. Aqua Society will also supply each building with 6 interior systems that will deliver the supply of air-conditioning and drinking water to the individual units. The total combined water output of the systems to be installed in the 12 residential buildings is expected be 5,000 litres per 20 hour period. The water produced by the air-conditioning systems will be collected in collecting tanks and piped downstream to a water purification unit. Each residential unit is expected to be supplied with over 100 litres of drinking water per day. Aqua Society is also expected to equip the complex´s communal sports and wellness center with an external air-conditioning unit with a cooling output of 254 kW and with 25 interior systems to deliver the air-conditioning and drinking water. North East Developers and Real Estates is still in the process of designing the layout of the proposed residential complex, and will provide Aqua Society with detailed schematics for the complex upon completion.
