Review of the IPC 2017 in Munich

- Over 600 developers from more than 40 countries attended the IPC and iJS 2017 in Munich
- Valueable expertise was provided in over 90 sessions held by more than 60 speakers
- This year it was possible to attend the parallel iJS with an IPC ticket

Munich, November 2, 2017 – The International PHP Conference took place in Munich from October 23 to 27 parallel tot he International JavaScript Conference. The International PHP Conference is the world’s first PHP conference and stands for more than a decade for top-notch pragmatic expertise in PHP and web technologies. It is also an industry meet up where users, developers along side small and large companies can get together.

The five days of the conference started October 23 with five workshops about Event Storming, PHP 7, Angular, Node.js and RxJS. On October 24 the main conference started, where over 60 speakers shared their knowledge in 6 different tracks: Agile & DevOps, JavaScript, PHP Development, Testing & Quality, Web Architecture and Web Development. Additionally to the conference an expo occured on October 24 to 25, where innovative companies could present their services and technologies to an audience of more than 500 people.

Another noteworthy activity was the evening event with the motto "Casino Night". On this event attendees and speakers had the opportunity to chat and to establish new business contacts.

October 27 was the last conference day and offered two more workshops. In these the participants were able to get deeper knowledge of Symfony 4 and the Angular Mobile Toolkit.

The next International PHP Conference will take place from June 4 to June 8 in the Maritim Hotel ProArte in Berlin. Parallel to the IPC, the webinale will take place there as well.
