New Delhi, 26th October, 2017: Emaar India, the iconic brand and leading global property developer, has been named the Developer of the Year in the Residential category at the 9th Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Award 2017-North. This is the highest honour given to a developer for its contribution towards the industry. The award has been bestowed on Emaar India as a mark of its commitment towards quality and customer satisfaction, and for demonstrating leadership and innovation in design and development of residential properties.

The spree continued with Emaar India also bagging the ‘Green Project of the Year’ award for its LEED-certified IT-Park development Digital Greens located in Gurugram on the Golf Course Extension road. To complete the sweep, Emaar India has been featured amongst the top developers of India in ‘The Moguls of Real Estate’ Coffee Table Book released by Realty Plus.

The awards were received by Mr. Sanjay Malhotra, CEO, Emaar India at a glittering ceremony organised at Hotel Leela Ambience, Gurugram. Emaar India was announced the winner basis a thorough scrutiny and judgment by leading industry professionals from across the country.

In line with its focus, the Company is committed to deliver 11,000 units by end of FY 2018-19, beginning with delivering over 3,000 units in the year 2017 itself. To achieve this target, the project teams have been revamped and labour deployment has been increased to more than 15,000 across its construction sites. Notably, Emaar India has already received Occupancy Certificates for 2,600 units in the last 15 months, and has applied for occupancy certificate of another 3,000 units.

Moreover, to cater to the varied needs of the customers, Emaar India recently launched its new Sales Centre at Digital Greens. The state-of-the-art sales centre is equipped with blueprint/3D models of upcoming projects, and is a one-stop destination for Emaar India’s upcoming projects to be launched across Gurugram.
