KIESELMANN France: Valve technology and complete solutions
The new Kieselmann overflow valve, aseptic small seat valve and control head whose LED colours can be configured.
"At the exhibition we show our entire spectrum: such as the new aseptic small seat valves, overflow valves and our acclaimed Kieselmann double-seat valve" says Christophe Cambier, Directeur Kieselmann France. Depending on the nominal size and the setting pressure range, six interchangeable actuator sizes are available for the new overflow valves. Subsequent up- or downsizing is possible at any time. The aseptic small seat valves are available in nominal sizes DN 8, DN 10 and DN 15.
With the Fluid Process Group (FPG), Kieselmann France acts as a partner for complete plant projects for liquid and pasty media in the beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries. The Fluid Process Group is a network of component manufacturing and plant engineering companies under the management of Kieselmann. The expert group handles all steps of a project. They plan the plant, provide the individual components, such as tanks, valves and piping, and do the installation. “Our well-established team ensures that all project steps run hand in hand and thus save time and money," says Christophe Cambier, summarizing the philosophy of the Kieselmann Fluid Process Group.
In more than 80 years of company history, KIESELMANN has achieved a leading position in the production of process valves and systems made of stainless steel for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Today, the Group is active in three complementary business areas. Component and valve technology from KIESELMANN, partly with electronic control and monitoring, are among the premium products of the industry. The scope of services of the second business unit Plant Engineering includes planning, production and installation of individual units up to complex process plant engineering. Specialist engineers, beverage technologists and an assembly team at KIESELMANN are working for this purpose. In the third business unit, the beverage pipeline trade, KIESELMANN is now one of the largest in Germany with a pipe warehouse, which comprises approx. 200,000 meters of stainless steel pipe.
