Fort Myers, Florida October 4th, 2017 - J.Lodge LLC is now a VA verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), creating new opportunities for companies who are pursuing to service government contracts by partnering with a SDVOSB-verified business. SDVOSB verification continues J.Lodge’s tradition of providing new career opportunities for disabled American veterans and other Americans with disabilities and extends our top-of-the-line quality monitoring processes, speech analytics and root cause determination capabilities to government-sector contact center operations.
As an SDVOSB, J.Lodge is eligible for the highest priority open market procurements offered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vets First procurement program. The Vets First program was created in 2004 by then-President George W. Bush and prioritizes service-disabled veteran owned businesses within the larger context of government procurement process and allows access to procurement contracts set aside solely for SDVOSB-verified companies.
