Shrink Band & Shrink Sleeve Applicators Now Available
MPI-400 Shrink Applicator with conveyor & steam generator
To compliment our manufacturing of shrink products, we offer several models of shrink applicators. The most popular models are our MPI-200 and MPI-400. MPI-200 is a compact automatic shrink band applicator. It applies up to 200 products per minute with label lay flat sizes up to 4”. MPI-400 is a high-speed automatic shrink sleeve applicator. Products are applied up to 400 per minute with lay flat sizes up to 6.29”. Other available models include dual head for higher speeds and larger product sizes. The applicators are designed with simple and fast change-over, reducing production downtime for different container sizes.
Today when products go to market, there is a great demand for them to be tamper-evident. MPI provides the equipment needed for applying the shrink products in a cost effective way on production lines. Our specialists and technicians are equipped to help choose the correct model, provide installation, training, and set up at the customer’s facility.
Established in 1968, MPI Label Systems has grown to more than 500 employees, eight manufacturing facilities and 35 sales offices. MPI specializes in flexographic and digital pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed wrap labels, booklets, coupons, thermal transfer, and RFID labels.
MPI’s Equipment & RFID Division products include labeling systems, shrink applicators, RFID systems, thermal printers, label software, dispensers, rewinders, parts, and technical services.
