Leading Risk Analytics Company Taps Mortgage Industry Veteran, Lisa Weaver, for EVP Position

WASHINGTON, DC - Walzak Risk Analysis, a leading risk analysis company specializing in operational risk management in the mortgage industry, announced today the addition of Lisa Weaver, to the company’s executive management team. As Executive Vice President, Ms. Weaver will be responsible for the Company’s business development strategy and vision for a new consumer division.

Ms. Weaver, a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) with 25 years of comprehensive experience in the mortgage industry, has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, Ms. Weaver was founder of Certitude Financial Group, a consulting firm. Previously, Ms. Weaver held the position of Director of Market Development for Genworth Mortgage Insurance, where she managed the development of business expansion initiatives associated with new market opportunities and mortgage rescue concepts, and developed a proprietary loss mitigation program. Prior to this role, Lisa was National Training Director for Genworth, where she developed and led a proprietary validation program and was the architect and developer of the Underwriter Certification Program for the Mortgage Bankers Association. Prior to joining Genworth in 2003, Ms. Weaver held a management position at Freddie Mac.

Ms. Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Friends University in Kansas and is certified from GE in Six Sigma Quality.
