Market Technologies developed the New VantagePoint Customer Portal to enhance customer’s user experience and support. The portal has been designed to be a one-stop-shop, providing everything VantagePoint customers may need in terms of product resources and software assistance.

Customers will now be able to login to their individual accounts and from their dashboards, easily access their personal profiles where they can view their order history and manage their shipping and billing information. Some other exciting features include access to all product education resources, daily charts, the latest video content, the learning center and a new online course section where customers can sign up for additional e-courses and track their progress in each.

Quick access to VantagePoint’s world-class Support Department is also a huge bonus of the new portal, with the option of connecting with a support team member remotely. Customers can rest assured knowing they now have all the information and resources they need at their fingertips, all in one convenient location.

Existing customers should have received an email last week for how they can start using the portal, by activating their account and creating their own password. Once their account is activated, they will receive another email with further instructions including a navigational PDF.
