Outpost24 Hosts Educational Seminar at 7th Annual e-Crime

KARLSKRONA, Sweden – March 24, 2009 – Outpost24, the Technology Leader in On-Demand Vulnerability Management solutions, today announced that it will be hosting an educational seminar at the 7th Annual e-Crime Congress in London. Cyber crime today is quickly expanding and developing, making it more important than ever for businesses to protect their valuable assets. The Educational Seminar will focus on ‘Best Practices in Vulnerability Management’ and will be presented by Outpost24’s Chief Technology Officer, Ron Perris.

Ron Perris, Chief Technology Officer at Outpost24, states:

“The eCrime Congress presents a great opportunity to share experiences and methods with experts and influential players on ways to protect against the growing underground economy. Action must be taken to protect your business and its valuable assets - this seminar explains how to do just that.”

The Educational Seminar will discuss the ways in which organizations are currently approaching their IT security and will go on to introduce a multitude of ways in which an organization can set forth processes and methods through the use of various tools and roles of people within an organization to effectively manage risk on a continuous basis.
