ID Development Shows Innovative Products and Techniques at 34th International Exhibitions of Inventions, Geneva

Oberwil, Switzerland, (March, 27th, 2006). ID Development participates this year in the 34th International Exhibition of Inventions, New Techniques and Products inn Geneva, Switzerland, April 5th – April, 9th. The Swiss company, founded by a group of international biometric experts, displays the latest technologies in biometrics.

ID Development shows the software product Pic2Pass™, a software tool to capture pictures compliant to the international new electronic Passport Photograph Guideline. The software supports scanners, digital cameras and webcams and processes fully automated the picture enhancement.
eCapture™ integrates besides to the Pic2Pass™technology more biometric traits such as fingerprints, iris patterns and handwriten signatures. This software is developed on the latest .NET 2.0 framework and enables an easy integration into existing infrastructures and a high level of customization. With eCapture™ the customer can enrol personal data plus biometric data to use biometric identification for any kind of security processes.
With the latest technology in iris recognition, ID Development presents the IrisAccess 4000 solution from LG in Europe for the first time. This product identifies human eyes iris patterns within a second and grants the access to restricted areas or manages the IDs for time and attendance systems.
