EISLINGEN, August 30, 2017 – Higher efficiency in machining of modern materials: Zeller+Gmelin presents powerful cooling lubricants for difficult machining processes at the international metalworking exhibition EMO 2017 in Hanover. Highlights at its booth (hall 6, booth G08) include, among others, innovations of its product line Multicut. The non-water-miscible cooling lubricants are suitable for the most severe machining tasks and a multitude of processing materials. Further focus is on Zubora, the company’s water-miscible cooling lubricant line: Zeller+Gmelin’s cooling lubricants impress by economy, performance and individuality. Thanks to these strong points, the Eislingen based company has already been distinguished for example with several Bosch Supplier Awards.

The Eislingen expert for lubricants, printing inks and chemicals has, since its establishment in 1866, consistently developed itself into one of the most reliable solution partners of the metalworking industry. At EMO 2017 the company presents a wide range of innovative water-miscible and non-water-miscible cooling lubricants for different processes and areas of application.
“We want to provide our customers with an efficient value chain by being a reliable system supplier, innovator and solution provider at the same time,” explains Thorsten Wechmann, Product Manager at Zeller+Gmelin.

Customer-oriented solution partner with own research

Zeller+Gmelin has long been a close partner for solutions that develops products according to the specific requirements of its client companies.
“We always strive to set new standards to achieve best results for our customers, which is why around 20 percent of our employees in Eislingen work in research and development," says Thorsten Wechmann, Product Manager at Zeller+Gmelin. “We also offer consultancy on lubrication and machining technology, laboratory analyses of the performance of our products in customer applications as well as help with disposal issues.”

Special solutions for highest demands

For its exemplary solution competence, in 2017, Zeller+Gmelin won the Bosch Global Supplier Award for the 6th time.
”We have a flexible approach to the requirements of our customers while pursuing constant increase in efficiency, and also keep an eye on rapid changes in legislation at the same time,” says Thorsten Wechmann.
Among others, at EMO, the company presents its new product line of non-water-miscible cooling lubricants based on synthetic esters. The low-viscosity cutting oils without aspirate-hazardous mineral oil set new standards in terms of work safety. In addition, the company exhibits a wide range of minimum quantity lubricants for metal processing, characterised by high economy and minimal consumption.

Zubora cooling lubricants for longer durability

The water-miscible cooling lubricants of the Zubora range meet highest demands in the machining sector while adding viable contributions to more efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly production. Zubora 65 H Ultra enables manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth to rely on a partially synthetic water-miscible high performance lubricant. In order to achieve this, Zeller+Gmelin’s laboratories have developed highly effective combinations allowing for significantly higher longevity of tools while ensuring high cutting speeds, thus enabling use of the lubricant for even the most difficult machining processes.
As a completely boron- and formaldehyde-free product, Zubora 65 H Ultra ensures for high process reliability especially when machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and sensible aluminium alloys.
“By employing Zubora 65 H Ultra, emulsion life at Bosch Rexroth in Lohr has been sustainably extended,” says Thorsten Wechmann. “Our high-performance lubricants handle all important applications and materials – we have the right solution for every requirement.”
