Based in Shanghai, SinoServiceOne, (www.sinoserviceone.com), is a leading IT Service Management (ITSM) training and consulting firm. The two companies have forged a strategic alliance enabling SinoServiceOne to license the G2G3 Polestar ITSM simulation.

Polestar ITSM is a highly interactive ITIL simulation which brings to life the challenges of implementing Service Management best practice. It is based on a realistic and exhilarating scenario, which transforms learning into an engaging, energetic and memorable experience. It was the world's first ITIL simulation to be based around the latest version of the Service Management best practice framework, the IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) Version 3.

Polestar ITSM makes up an integral part of the SinoServiceOne's service portfolio and is now available as part of its comprehensive ITIL education series as well as a standalone offering to drive awareness and acceptance of ITSM best practice.

Mark Ross Sutherland, CEO at G2G3 commented: “Our unique approach to learning enables organizations to practically and simply demonstrate the complex dynamics of people, processes and technology that are commonly encountered when implementing best practice methodologies.”

He continued: “The Asian ITSM market is thriving with an increasing number of organizations recognizing the value of IT and business working in partnership. The Polestar ITSM simulation is extremely powerful in bringing IT and the business together. Participants quickly see the 'bigger picture' and experience a shared vision of success.”

Liu Yizhou, Deputy General Manager at SinoServiceOne commented: “Establishing a strategic partnership with G2G3 to license it's Polestar ITSM simulation is a great benefit. It will increase acceptance and understanding of the global ITIL best practice across the ITSM community of China. We also expect to extend our offerings with additional value-added solutions from G2G3’s wonderful simulation portfolio in the near future, such as PM and ISO.”
