The firm's mission is to provide effective and cost efficient legal counsel to franchisors, franchisees and entrepreneurs.
"Opening this office," says Founding Member Julie Lusthaus, "further underscores our commitment to deliver client-specific and client-focused legal services to both the franchising community and to other emerging businesses."
Lusthaus, whose practice is specifically focused on the formation and operating needs of franchisors and franchisees, works closely with franchisor clients to ensure they appropriately and cost-efficiently develop essential franchise disclosure documents, agreements and obtain state registrations where necessary. The firm also serves franchisees, reviewing disclosure documents, negotiating franchise agreements and leases and developing appropriate corporate structures and related agreements. For start-ups and general business clients, Lusthaus provides outside general counsel services.
