Veteran Turbine Precision Manufacturer to be New Distributor

White River Junction, Vt., and Zurich, Switzerland – February 11, 2009 – Concepts NREC, a world leader in turbomachinery design, engineering and manufacturing, today announced it has entered into a partnership agreement with SWSTech of Frauenfeld, Switzerland, in which SWSTech will act as the representative of Concepts NREC’s software sales, support, training, engineering services and process manufacturing solutions throughout Switzerland and other parts of Europe. Original equipment manufacturers and engineering organizations in the region will benefit from SWSTech’s engineering, process and manufacturing expertise as well as local market knowledge.

Based in Frauenfeld (40km from Zurich), SWSTech began as a production facility for many of its customers. SWSTech develops 5-axis milling processes to provide turnkey milling solutions, NC programming and development of generic 5-axis programs. SWSTech also provides precision manufacturing of impellers, blisks and blades as well as precision components for customers in aerospace, medical and luxury manufacturing markets. As part of its services, SWSTech provides prototyping and process development engineering services. Concepts NREC representatives will work with SWSTech to implement its software sales, support and distribution processes.
