Private Jet and Aircraft Charter – worldwide at Aviation

Aviation Broker was formed by Jens J. Dreyer and became an incorporated limited company registered in Frankfurt, Germany in 2002. The company is located in Frankfurt, Germany and operates a full 24-hour flight operations center providing clients with access to chartered aircraft services worldwide.
Aviation Broker Germany GmbH does not own or operate any aircraft itself.
The aircraft offered for charter are all privately owned and are managed and operated by completely separate organisations that are duly licensed under the appropriate Aviation Authorities.
With an aircaft charter, customers do rent the entire aircraft - instead of purchasing a single ticket through a traditional airline.

Safety

Charter aircraft are maintained and operated to airline standards, complying with aviation regulations.

Aircraft must conform with all of the international safety standards.
Aircraft is maintained in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
Aircraft is comprehensively insured.
The airline has a valid air operator certificate (AOC).
Pilots have all necessary licences.

Legal

Legally those aircraft belong to the General Aviation, which is a category of the civil aviation.
There are two categories within the civil aviation.

a) Flights operated on regularly-scheduled routes.
b) Non-scheduled Flights: civil flights, private or commercial
