Before that, Jürgen has worked as Head of Critical Care Europe, where he built up the first pan European business unit at Eli Lilly, focused on providing highly specialized clinical customers such as interventional cardiologists and intensive care clinicians with innovative and best in class products, scientific and commercial services.

Jürgen also served as CEO of Swiss public biotech company Arpida and was as COO member of the management board of Paion AG, a German public pharma specialty company.

Upon being asked about his journey to Innoplexus from being a client to being the head of Life Sciences, Jürgen said:

"Being the first client of Innoplexus was a great experience. Innoplexus had a technology that we needed and they were ready to engage in developing a product for us. At the beginning, we had a vague idea of what we needed but we could not describe precisely all the features of the solution. Innoplexus was ready to engage in developing a solution and they got it done with and for us.

The simple concept: We work out with our clients how we can best help them to get their job done by using the products and solutions we offer still applies: the founders have instilled that culture in the company. I am happy to be part of a journey that helps turning data into relevant and actionable information ... ultimately for better patient outcomes."
