Intelledox Document Creation and Output Management Solution Increases Efficiency by Reducing the Time to Create, Personalise and Distribute a Document by More Than 50%

Canberra, Australia, February 05, 2009 -- Leading automated document creation and output management solutions provider, Intelledox [intelledox.com], today announced the release of Intelledox Express, a Software-as-a-Service solution which completes its range of solutions to boost productivity and lower costs by automating document-centric business processes.

Intelledox is now available as on-premises software, a dedicated hosted solution or a Software-as-a-Service, giving organisations complete control over how they deploy automated document creation and output management solutions. Customers can also choose to purchase solutions upfront, or pay as they go via a monthly subscription.

By automating document-centric business processes, organisations can reduce the time to create, personalise and distribute a document by more than 50%, boosting productivity and lowering costs. With flexibility in deployment and payment options, organisations deploying Intelledox can achieve a return on investment within 12 months.

"Organisations can easily identify document-centric business processes to automate with Intelledox and quickly achieve an efficiency dividend of over 50%," said Phillip Williamson, CEO of Intelledox. "Documents represent the low hanging fruit on the business process tree. Wherever you see document output, chances are there is some level of manual business process behind it. With flexible deployment and payment options, Intelledox is a no-brainer for organisations looking to achieve operational savings this year."

Intelledox boasts a growing list of blue chip corporate and government clients. Organisations which have deployed Intelledox include the ACT Planning and Land Authority, Hastings Deering, the Department of Disability, Housing and Community Services and IP Australia. In December, Intelledox announced a contract with AXA Australia which will see 3000+ financial planners using Intelledox software. It also announced a deal with the Civil Aviation and Safety Authority to automate the generation of pilot licences and medical test result forms.

Even in a recession year, Intelledox is forecasting over 100% revenue growth, driven by demand for automated document creation solutions from organisations seeking to do more with less.

Intelledox, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, expects to drive growth through increased availability of its solutions through direct sales and channel partners.

Intelledox has been positioning itself for the rapid commercialisation of its automated document creation and output management solution since 2007, when well known Australian technology entrepreneur Peter Kazacos joined the Intelledox Board as Chairman. David Knox and Michael O'Sullivan joined the Board in 2008, making up a perfect trifecta of former KAZ founder/directors now on the Intelledox Board.

"Intelledox has a great future ahead of it," said Kazacos, commenting on his decision to take on the role. "I like the team, I like the product, and I think I can add value. It was an easy decision."

The Intelledox automated document creation and output management solution uses drag-and-drop technology to create intelligent templates which can extract data from multiple sources to create rich documents. Intelledox integrates seamlessly with line of business systems, requires no scripting and leverages investments in Microsoft Office and Word. It ensures that every document, statement, contract, or item of correspondence is compliant, correctly formatted, and contains the correct content.

"Our software is very different and innovative. It allows users to produce rich documents by drawing on information stored in various places and then output to print, to email or to a web portal. It works for high volume and low volume document output," said Williamson. "With these capabilities organisations can quickly automate document-centric processes to increase their efficiency by more than 50% and achieve an ROI within 12 months."
