EntropySoft Signs Technology Agreement with Image Integration

EntropySoft’s Catalogue of Enterprise Content-Centric Connectors Extends the Reach of Image Integration Systems’ DocuSphere BPM Solutions

EntropySoft, specialist of the Enterprise Content Integration (ECI) market, today announced a new technology agreement with Image Integration Systems. Image Integration Systems is integrating a wide selection of bidirectional connectors from EntropySoft into its DocuSphere line of business process management (BPM) products. This agreement provides Image Integration Systems’ customers with expanded, out-of-the-box connectivity for accessing more critical information across the enterprise.

While Image Integration Systems already offers connections to selected enterprise content databases, the new agreement with EntropySoft will allow DocuSphere to expand its portfolio to include connectors for a growing list of repositories including Microsoft Sharepoint and Exchange, IBM FileNet P8 and DB2 Content Manager, OpenText LiveLink and EMC Documentum, to name just a few. All have been fully tested on large implementations in critical business projects.

“In order to realize the full benefits of DocuSphere’s enterprise-wide BPM products our customers increasingly need access to data and documents that have been stored and managed in repositories outside DocuSphere. The incorporation of EntropySoft’s connectors within DocuSphere will provide our customers with seamless access to that critical information” said Brad White, CEO of Image Integration Systems. “We’re looking forward to deploying this new DocuSphere functionality and working with the experts from EntropySoft.”

“With increased pressure on productivity, content access solutions that reach across all application systems and platforms have become a necessity. There are increasing numbers of content silos in a company. Today, we deliver to Docusphere critical connectivity to all these repositories” said Nicolas Maquaire, CEO and co-founder of EntropySoft. “We also bring to this partnership our vast expertise in content-centric applications and interoperability.”

EntropySoft is an enterprise connectors’ factory. It has more than 30 read/write connectors for unstructured data, possibly the biggest portfolio in the market. The extensive support of features and the richness of the connectors’ portfolio make this technology perfect OEM material for many software industries. Already, leading global companies such as Attivio, Coveo, Endeca, Exalead, IDS Scheer and Kazeon are using EntropySoft connectors.

The state-of-the-art connectors therefore help EntropySoft partners focus on their differentiators, allowing them to concentrate on their core business while EntropySoft takes care of the connectivity.
