SparrowHawk Announces Closing on Additional St. Louis Market Property

SparrowHawk Real Estate Strategists has acquired 1619 Park 370, a single-tenant, 213,558-square-foot industrial property in Hazelwood, Missouri from Chicago based HSA.
The 11.28 acre property includes a Class A office/warehouse building and is fully occupied by XPO Logistics, a top ten global logistics company. The property is situated within minutes of
I-70 and I-270 interchanges and Lambert St. Louis International Airport. The Park 370 location is considered a premier regional logistic hub. Katie Haywood and Jon Hinds of CBRE represented SparrowHawk and Jeff Hawley of Block Hawley represented HSA on the transaction.
