HMS SOFTWARE AND TECHTRA ANNOUNCE NEW ALLIANCE PARTNERSHIP

Montreal, December 11, 2008, HMS Software, a leading provider of project management and enterprise timesheet solutions, has announced a new partnership with Techtra®, a Montreal-based provider of Business Processes Automation and Advanced Information Management solutions.

“This alliance brings together two companies who are experts in their field,” says Chris Vandersluis, President of HMS Software. “Techtra provides expertise in SharePoint deployments and has a range of SharePoint add-on tools that we can recommend to our clients. In turn, HMS Software’s expertise in enterprise project management and enterprise timesheet systems will be of interest to some of Techtra’s clients.”

Both companies offer products that work with Microsoft’s SharePoint technology. Techtra has developed and distributes its own line of SharePoint based tools and solutions including Mail2Share for integration of email with SharePoint, iRecruit, iCare and PaperlessBoard solutions for both the private and public sectors. In addition, Techtra has established an extensive service market based on SharePoint. As part of this alliance, HMS will update their clients on the Techtra solutions.

HMS Software has established an extensive Microsoft Project Server based service market and Techtra will make those services available to its clients. In addition, Techtra will become a reseller of TimeControl, HMS Software’s enterprise timesheet system. TimeControl can be deployed within its own interface or integrated directly into both SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server’s Project Web Access.
