RBC: State support is necessary to only 3% of small business

RBC

RBC

Only 2% of small enterprises and 3,1% of individual entrepreneurs use measures of the state support (in general - only 2,7% of small business), follows from the data of Rosstat.
Less than a third of representatives of small and medium scale enterprises know about existence of programs of state support of small business (SMEs, 31,5%) and IEs (28,9%). Rosstat received such estimates following the results of continuous statistical inspection of SMEs for 2015, containing data about 1,5 million small enterprises and 2 million individual entrepreneurs. The research is conducted every five years, Rosstat published its fresh results in a final type on July, 3.
Rosstat provides data of 2015, but the problem of low knowledge of SMEs of measures of state support and low availability of these programs remains urgent, the vice-president of "the Support of Russia" Marina Bludyan says. "We have more than 600 programs of support — at the federal level, regional, local. To find information on that, how exactly to get support as to use it, is very difficult. It is difficult to understand whether you correspond to criteria of this or that program, it is difficult even to understand previously what you can expect" — Bludyan complains. Large enterprises communicate directly with the government, she notes, and they obtain information on support measures directly, and small business is, as a rule, deprived of such sources of information.
Proceeding from estimates of Rosstat and data of the FTS on the registered individual entrepreneurs, it is possible to consider that inspection of Rosstat covered 60% of small enterprises and IE in Russia, the Institute of Complex Strategic Researches (ICSR) claims in an analytical note (is at RBC).
