GEW announces appointment of new Director, International Sales
Marcus Greenbrook, Director, International Sales at GEW
Marcus will be responsible for contributing to GEW’s overall strategy and will oversee worldwide sales, strategic business partnerships and marketing reporting to Malcolm Rae, Managing Director at GEW.
Marcus comments: “I am delighted to take up the position of Director, International Sales and see the prospect of further growth of GEW internationally, especially with the increased opportunities of UV LED within the label and packing markets. The timing of my appointment fits in well with the biggest label show in the world, Labelexpo, just around the corner and we expect a large international contingent to visit Brussels this year.”
Marcus joined GEW in 1998 and prior to his new appointment as Director, International Sales, Marcus has held several management roles as Technical Sales Manager and Sales and Service Manager for Australia and South East Asia. In his most recent position, as International Sales Manager, Marcus was instrumental in the successful launch of GEW’s hybrid ArcLED UV system at Labelexpo 2015.
Commenting on the new appointment, Malcolm Rae said: “Marcus brings deep industry knowledge and extensive experience of the label printing industry. With his background, he will be invaluable as we look ahead to further innovative solutions and global growth.”
And Marcus adds: “GEW is a world leader of LED and UV arc systems and is very much an international company. Strengthening our global sales and support is extremely important to us.”
