For the first time customers can visit the website and receive free training on the XP Fit Plus SC termination procedures. The video is just over three minutes long and leads you through the easy step by step process from striping the fiber, to the cleave and finally to the last step of installation. Visitors to the website will also be able to find more information about the XP Fit Plus SC Field Installable Connector, download brochures from the webpage, and find other product news and updates on SENKO’s website.

The XP Fit Plus SC Field Installable Connector is a pre-polished, pre-assembled fiber optic connector compatible with the standard SC connector that uses index matching gel. Instead of epoxy, an internal mechanical grip, gently but effectively, holds the fiber in place and can be installed in under two minutes. Without polishing or adhesives, the XP Fit Plus makes on site installations quick and easy, diminishing the need for epoxy curing and hand polishing at the work site.
