EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON® ‘TOPS OUT’ NEW HOTEL IN ATLANTA, GA

ATLANTA, GA, November 14, 2008 –– GS DEVELOPMENT LLC today announced that the structural framework has been completed for the new 192-suite Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel that is currently under construction at 620 Chastain Rd in the Town Park complex in Kennesaw, Georgia. Construction for the new Embassy Suites hotel is scheduled for completion by October, 2009 with Holder Construction serving as the contractor for the project. The hotel will be owned by Town Park Hotel LLC, a partnership of investors with GS Development LLC, and managed by GS Hospitality LLC.
When completed, the new Embassy Suites by Hilton - Atlanta - Kennesaw hotel will provide guests with a full complement of services and amenities, including a 24 Hour Guest Business Center, state of the art exercise room, indoor pool, an in-house Ruth’s Chris restaurant, 6,580 square feet of flexible meeting space, and a convenient location in Town Park Village - a mixed-use community with shopping, dining, and business offices conveniently within walking distance. The hotel is easily accessible from Routes I- 575 and I-75.
